01. The Rewards Catalogue programme is reserved exclusively for plumbing and heating installers who are registered members of the Connections Club.

02. The points collection is for personal use and may not be transferred to third parties.

03. Any tax liability arising from this programme is entirely the responsibility of the claimant.

04. To claim rewards, installers must collect the serial numbers of qualifying Ariston products purchased.

05. We reserve the right to ask for hard copies of proof of purchase.

06. Ariston products participating in this programme are shown and described within this Rewards Catalogue. Ariston reserves the right to extend or to reduce the range of products included in the programme at anytime without prior notice.

07. For serial numbers of products purchased from Ariston to be recognised as valid, the installer must directly entered via this website or send in the serial numbers on the correct form. This is regardless of whether or not it is intended to claim an item immediately. In such cases the serial numbers collected each time will be recognised as credit points for future claims.

08. To participate in the programme, serial numbers from qualifying products must be directly entered via this website. Alternatively they can be indicated on the 'Rewards Claim Form/Points Registration Form', either by using the adhesive labels supplied or by writing directly on to the form. The form must be sent to: Connections Club, c/o MTS (GB) Limited, MTS Building, Hughenden Avenue, High Wycombe , Buckinghamshire, HP13 5FT or faxed on 01494 535551.

09. Illegible or invalid serial numbers will not be accepted.

10. Each serial number may only be used once. Ariston will NOT accept any serial number that has already been used.

11. Before dispatching reward items, Ariston reserves the right to request a copy of the purchase invoice for one or more products relating to the claim.

12. Ariston has the right to substitute any of the items in this Rewards Catalogue programme with other items of the same type and commercial value at any time and without prior notice. All photographs are for representation purposes only.

13. While every effort will be made to fulfil claims as quickly as possible, Ariston accepts no responsibility for delays resulting from any actions by third parties.

14. The reward items may not be exchanged for cash at any time.

15. Promotion specifications are subject to change without notice.

16. Ariston reserves the right to change or withdraw the Rewards Catalogue programme at any time without notice.

17. Ariston staff and rebate customers are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Catalogue programme.
